When you purchase a consultation, you receive:

  • Your doctor will ask you to complete a questionnaire to determine the details of your risky contact, which will allow for an assessment of the risk, indications, and contraindications for starting PEP.
  • If you qualify for PEP, you will be prescribed PEP and will receive an email with detailed information regarding PEP prophylaxis. You will learn how to use the medications and what laboratory tests are necessary. The doctor will also evaluate the results of the recommended tests and determine whether you can safely continue PEP.
  • You can ask your doctor questions via text message or, upon request, via telephone consultation.
  • Orders are processed quickly, even on Sundays and holidays. We understand that PEP consultations are urgent. Doctors are on call daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you place an order during these hours, your consultation will take place within a few hours.
