PrEP continuation

IMPORTANT! Purchase a consultation for continuing PrEP only after you have obtained all the required test results listed below. Laboratory tests are charged separately.

If you purchase the consultation before obtaining the complete set of test results, your case will be processed at an unspecified later date, as the consultation cannot be properly carried out immediately. As a result, the entire process may take longer.

When you purchase a consultation, you receive:

  • An email with detailed information about PrEP and doxyPEP prophylaxis.
  • The doctor will review and interpret your test results. If there are no contraindications, you will receive medical authorization for 3 packs of PrEP and, upon request, also for DoxyPEP. In exceptional cases — if you have been using PrEP for many years, undergo regular tests, and your results remain stable — you may contact us by email to receive authorization for 6 packs of PrEP. You will be provided with an electronic code that allows you to purchase the medication at selected pharmacies in major cities in Poland, along with a list of pharmacy addresses.
  • The option to ask the doctor questions in text form or, if requested, through a telephone consultation.
STEP 1 - PERFORM TESTS IN ANY LABORATORY:
Remember that we only accept fresh test results (maximum 2 weeks old)
at every continuation of PrEP, you should perform basic tests, i.e.:
  • HIV COMBO
  • BLOOD CREATININE CONCENTRATION
and additionally, once a year, in addition to the basic tests, you should also perform:
  • URINE TEST,
  • MORPHOLOGY
  • LIVER TESTS.

If this is the first time you are continuing PrEP with us after starting it at another clinic, please also send a document confirming this OR an information card with recommendations.

Also perform an additional HBS antigen test.

You don't need a referral for the test, but with a referral from us, which you can order here
  • you'll pay much less
  • you'll be sure that the right tests will be performed
  • we'll have automatic insight into the results (you won't have to attach them via the prepomat.pl website or send them by email).

ATTENTION:

If you're having tests without a referral from us, remember that we only accept:

  • Fresh test results (max. two weeks).
  • Results by name, containing:
    • name and address of the laboratory,
    • name and surname of the laboratory diagnostician
    • laboratory diagnostician's license number.

We do not accept printouts from the Medicover system, because they do not constitute medical documentation. However, Medicover will provide a full result at the patient's request.

Are you under the care of any specialist clinic? *

Do you also need doxyPEP? *
What type of contact with the doctor do you prefer? *
  • Remember that you have the right to contact a doctor at every stage of the service.
