During the consultation, the doctor will assess any contraindications to using Doxy PEP based on a short medical interview, and will send an information sheet describing its effectiveness, possible side effects, and instructions for use. If there are no contraindications, a prescription for doxycycline will be issued.<\/p><p class=\"Textbody\">This service is intended for individuals who wish to reduce their risk of sexually transmitted infections (such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, or syphilis) after potential exposure.<\/p><p class=\"Textbody\"><span class=\"StrongEmphasis\"><strong>Note<\/strong>:<\/span> Doxy PEP does not replace regular STI screening or condom use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e28f7a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e28f7a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>NOTE!<\/strong> Before you purchase a consultation to start PrEP, make sure you have all the required tests (described below).
